Legal Issues
When an individual is charged with suspicion of a crime or has already been convicted, it is an upsetting and confusing time. There can be a multitude of emotions such as embarrassment over the arrest itself, and the fear of how this will impact family, work, and reputation. Your life may feel as if it is no longer your own.
Confidential Treatment Options Handles Difficult Cases
We have considerable knowledge working with legal cases and are committed to doing what it takes to understand the specific needs of each client. When you are in session with the psychotherapist, it is your time to convey your experience, concerns, frustrations, and the circumstances as you see them.
After a consultation or assessment, your needs will become more obvious. This is when we tailor a program distinctly for your circumstances.
During the developmental phase of your program, your input will be taken into consideration.
Due to WACs & WIGs (laws) and as a state certified agency, your opinions on the program are heard, but we must make the final diagnosis. We provide a non-discriminatory and impartial assessment of your drug and alcohol use and/or a psychological evaluation. If and when any underlying issues are identified, we use our experience to provide expert solution-oriented plans.
Confidential Treatment Options will work closely with you to ensure you are heading toward success, enabling you to achieve your goals more effectively and confidently.
ALTERNATIVES TO 12-STEP RECOVERY
"I believe that there are enough agencies and therapists providing traditional drug/alcohol abuse or dependency treatment with Alcoholics Anonymous. I will provide this care if it is a good fit, however I work primarily with patients who want an alternative to the twelve-step approach."
